Site Preparation

After clearing, site preparation shapes the land into a stable, build-ready surface. This includes grading for smoothness, establishing proper drainage, and compacting soil.

👉 This is the step that transforms a cleared lot into a foundation-ready site, pasture, or landscaped yard.

Surface Raking

Removes small debris left behind after clearing. Best performed after burning or debris removal for a clean finish.

  • Includes seed

Ideal as the final step after land clearing and grading for pastures, lawns, or erosion control.
