    3. Base Layer Compaction & Stabilization

    We lay down a dense, high-quality base layer—typically a crushed limestone or specialized local road-base material. This layer is systematically hydrated and heavily compacted using commercial vibratory rollers. This creates an impenetrable, rock-hard barrier that prevents your top footing from ever migrating down into the subgrade.

    4. Custom Drainage Infrastructure

    Florida weather demands superior moisture management. Depending on your property’s topography, we construct custom perimeter swales, French drains, or ditch networks to route water entirely away from your arena walls, keeping your ring usable even after a heavy summer storm.

    5. Tailored Footing Distribution

    The final touch is the application of your choice of footing. Whether you are using a local washed concrete sand, a custom clay-sand blend, or preparing the base for advanced synthetic geo-textile additives, we dump, spread, and laser-level the material to an exact uniform depth (typically 2 to 4 inches depending on your riding discipline).
